Black Venture Institute

We built Operator Collective to create room for the very people the venture world needs to help build the next generation of great companies: diverse leaders, with deep, present-day experience. Now we’re proud to launch a new initiative with a similar mission.

Operator Collective, BLCK VC, and Salesforce Ventures have come together to create the Black Venture Institute, a curriculum-based program designed to give Black executives the education, experience, and connections they need to pursue careers in venture capital and investing.

Kudos and thanks to the organizations and leaders below who worked hard to make this happen.
